As the Owner of Mountainside Property Upkeep I deeply value my hands on experience in the Property Management and real estate industry. I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager for the last 10 years, handling anything and everything to do with rental properties including maintenance, marketing, leasing, rent collections, and so much more . I have managed rental homes, duplexes, fourplexes, larger multi-unit apartment buildings, student housing, and commercial properties. Prior to becoming a property manager I was the maintenance manager for 2 different property management companies coordinating with contractors, collecting bids, billing invoices and doing hands on repairs and routine maintenance myself. I have also personally gutted and renovated multiple homes.  My experience and knowledge over many years has given me a deep understanding of how properties should be properly maintained and cared for.
